Returns Policy

Our cast strive to ensure that you love your purchase and that your gifts will be sure to enchant the recipient!

However, if your purchase has not met you needs or expectations, returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, with receipt, and refunded to the original form of payment or credited to a gift certificate.

We are unable to accept the following:

Perfume / Fragrance

Opened Apothecary items

 Opened Foods

Millinery

Lady Pickwick's Intimates

 The shoppe reserves the right to refuse items upon quality inspection.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and include tags, original packaging, and any enclosed documents or pieces.

Returns that fall outside of these requirements may be eligible for equal exchange or shoppe credit. We recommend calling or emailing info@pickwicksmercantile.com to inquire if your items qualify.

Purchases made at Pickwick's at the Banke during December may be returned to Pickwick's Mercantile at 64 State Street within 30 days. If you are looking to exchange the item for another size, color, etc, we recommend calling ahead to guarantee availability.
